基本原理
Basic Principles
换热器是热流体的部分热量传递给冷流体的设备,又称为热交换器。列管式换热器由壳体、管束、管板、折流挡板和封头组成。换热器中流体的相对流向一般有顺流和逆流两种。顺流时,入口处两流体的温差大,并沿传热表面逐渐减小。逆流时,沿传热表两流体的温差分布较均匀
Heat exchanger is a device that transfers part of heat from hot fluid to cold fluid, also known as heat exchanger. The tubular heat exchanger consists of shell, tube bundle, tube plate, baffle and head. The relative flow direction of fluid in heat exchanger generally has two kinds: downstream and countercurrent. The temperature difference between the two fluids at the inlet is the largest and decreases along the heat transfer surface. The temperature difference distribution of two fluids along the heat transfer meter is more uniform when countercurrent occurs.
